I wanted to make sure you knew about the City of Shoreline's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Group. Applications are due today! Apply here now if you would like to help:
- Identifying the City's bicycle and pedestrian network, including riding or walking the system.
- Providing ideas regarding signage and markings for bicycle and pedestrian facilities, including wayfinding throughout the City.
- Discussing project and program priorities for the City's nonmotorized system.
- Discussing policies that will help guide the development of future projects and programs.
- Reviewing future High Capacity Transit systems in the City - BRT and light rail - and discuss impacts to residents, business owners and the City.
It's also not too late to share your thoughts on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Questionnaire and the Transit Plan Questionnaire. Questionnaires must be received by August 31 to be included in the process.
